With the smell of croissants baking and the addition of butter, butter and some more butter, The Kitchen will be reminiscent of a Parisian bakery where enjoying a layered, flaky croissant is a deliciously wonderful pastime. If you have ever wanted to learn the art of laminating dough, but have been put off by all of the work that goes into it, don’t be. We will show you how croissants are actually easy to prepare with a bit of guidance.

As always , this hands-on baking class culminates in a light family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Adults may enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.

You Will Learn

  • How to make a beurrage (butter block) and detrempe (dough).
  • About laminating doughs.
  • How to shape, proof and bake croissants
