We are thrilled to help local vineyards celebrate Oregon Wine Month in May by having you back in our kitchen for an informative and tasty demonstration cooking class all about pairing Oregon wines with seasonal food!   We are thrilled to host a collaborative event with a pioneer in the Oregon wine industry to celebrate the addition of our newest member to the Kitchen team, Jean Householder.  She joins us as a certified sommelier, with over 20 years of wine experience.

On Thursday, May 20th, meet the folks from the Adelsheim Family Estate at The Kitchen

to experience a collection of their wines and help them celebrate 50 years of winemaking!

Chefs Jessica & Kate will walk through a demonstration cooking class featuring a five course seasonal menu where we share the tips and tricks to creating a beautifully paired menu.  Jean will educate you on the individual pairings with each course while a member of the Adelsheim Family Estate educates you about the wine making process that goes into the glass.

The Menu

burrata toast with fresh strawberries

poached farm egg and roasted asparagus with creamed leeks, mushrooms and garden greens

Sudan Farms rack of lamb with pistachio crust, braised fennel, minted peas

citrus olive oil cake with rhubarb compote
