Buzz! Buzz! Buzz! Is that the sound of a Spring Bee in the air?? Nope! It’s just us thinking that coffee doesn’t have to be just for breakfast or enjoyed along side your favorite dessert. What if it was present in every dish throughout the whole meal? Coffee’s complexity offers depth and deliciousness to savory and sweet recipes alike. It’s a great tool in your flavor toolbox! We’ll discuss differently sourced beans, different roasts & different grinds and how they affect coffee as an ingredient. We will make succulent and flavorful ribs, bring the best out of hearty beans and even introduce coffee into a salad. Dessert is an Italian classic as we drown our caramel gelato with more of that dark nectar.
Class culminates in a delicious family style meal around our beautiful barn wood tables.
