Due to the nature of our classes, all payments are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund, exchange, or apply a credit to another class. All payments are final.

All Things Pork Cooking Class

Have you ever wondered what goes into making your own sausage and bacon?  Take some great quality meat (from our Middleground Farms pork!) and Fat.Salt.Love’s Chef Corey Pressman, will show you how to make the best tasting cured meats without a question as to what is inside. We’ll talk spice mixes and sausage casings and smoke. At the end of the evening, you’ll enjoy a nose-to-tail dinner with a little pork in every bite!

Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu . . . pork tenderloin with braised lentils and red wine vinaigrette ~ frisee salad with poached egg with warm bacon vinaigrette

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner. All non-alcoholic beverages are also included!
