An introduction and mastery knife skills class, our professional chefs will teach you the proper way to use the kitchen’s most important tool. You’ll gain confidence and speed. This class is suitable for all skill levels!
Class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables.
On the menu: french onion soup ~ celery and almond salad ~ mushroom and squash risotto ~ chicken picatta ~ pear almond galette
