Bites of the Bay is back and we are going to learn all about the seasonal fresh seafood available in the Pacific Northwest! We always say “Buy Local” so let’s learn about Oregon Dungeness crab and beautiful halibut fillets that we’ll crust and sear for main course! Plus we’ll make decadent bacon-wrapped scallops served in a pool of buttery sauce. Learn to make a crispy, fluffy focaccia perfect for dragging through that last bit of sauce and enjoy the best early summer vegetables with an easy creamy garnish.
