Brunch and Bubbles: Crepes!

What makes a great combination? You, a few of your closest friends on a farm on a beautiful Sunday morning, a glass of sparkling wine in hand with the not-so-distant sound of a rooster cock-a-doodle-doing while you feast on a variety of light and crispy crepes. So many bountifully filled, luscious crepes! If that sounds like a great way to spend a Sunday morning, please come join us!

In this week’s Brunch and Bubbles series, we will first show you how to make foolproof silky crepe batters, then take them to the pan while swirling like a pro to achieve the thinnest crepe possible. Next, fill them with sweet and savory delights. Ooh La La!

Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival and another with brunch! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.

As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
