Brunch & Bubbles: Cast Iron

Just because patio brunch season is slipping by doesn’t mean you have to miss it! Join us and we’ll teach you tricks to create a photo worthy brunch in your own cast iron pans!

From entree through dessert, you’ll discover a few new favorite go-to recipes that are simply better out of a hot cast iron pan. We’ll make a perfectly puffed Dutch Baby and see how effectively cast iron browns potatoes and spring vegetables. Plus, learn the secrets for light and crumbly coffee cake!

As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
