From brunch entrée through dessert, you’ll discover a few new favorite go-to recipes that are simply better out of a hot cast iron pan. Not to mention adorable as well. We’ll give you the tricks to make the perfect baked egg, assemble an updated version of a classic gratin; and build your strength by flipping an upside down cake out of a pan!  Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu … shakshuka with grilled ciabatta ~ cast iron potato gratin with caramelized onions ~ charred asparagus with lemon hollandaise and fried capers ~ blueberry thyme upside-down coffee cake
