Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our events, classes, and dinners, all payments are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund, exchange, or apply a credit to another offering. All payments are final.

Enjoy tastings of many wines throughout the evening.  Additional wine during dinner may be purchased by the bottle or glass.  A 30% discount is applied to wines purchased to enjoy at home.

A Deep Dive into the Food & Wine region Burgundy, France

Grab your partner and join us on the farm as we explore on of the world’s great wine regions. Though few grape varietals are planted in Burgundy it offers an amazing range of delicious wines. We will welcome local French wine importer, Katie Ellsweig, who has built a career with Jadot Wines as a Burgundy wine expert, and discuss the history of this heralded region and taste some delicious wines with Jean, our Sommelier. Chef Jason will prepare traditional Burgundian fare to support these lovely wines.

This class is designed to be a demonstration cooking class, meets wine tasting & lecture, meets ridiculously fun dinner party where you don’t have to clean up.  Come meet some great people, drink some great wine and feast on Chef Jason’s seasonal interpretation of the foods of Burgundy!
