Inspired by the cuisines that make up the Middle East, we’ll travel from Lebanon to Turkey to Iran, exploring new ingredients and flavors, which perhaps have never graced your pantry or your palate, but will open a door that will leave you wanting to learn more from this ancient cuisine.  We’ll learn the technique to make kebab with tradition Persian flat skewers, learn the ins and outs of different lentils, beans & ancient grains and how best to cook them.  We’ll learn a traditional flatbread dough and enjoy it with …….  Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu…. green olive, walnut & pomegranate salad ~ Persian saffron chelow (crispy bottom rice) ~ lamb kebab with muhammara sauce ~ prawns baked with haloumi & grape syrup ~ braised chard with tahini ~ tahini & halva brownies

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival, and one with dinner as well!  Since this is a Date Night class, one registration is for two people.
