Dinners in the Garden

We are offering two different seatings per night, in three new garden settings: greenhouses, gazebos and at the Chef’s Table.

Each week our garden-inspired prix fixe menu will feature four courses, from a bread board with fresh-baked focaccia and with warm olives all the way through dessert. The menus are inspired by seasonal produce from the garden, enjoying the best that our region has to offer.

KALE AND ASIAN PEAR SALAD WITH CHEVRE CROUTON
ROASTED PORK WITH APPLE MOSTARDA
ROASTED CAULIFLOWER WITH HAZELNUTS AND GOLDEN RAISINS
SALT ROASTED POTATOES WITH LEMON GARLIC AIOLI
PLUM ALMOND GALETTE WITH MASCARPONE CREAM

A selection of additional appetizers and recommended wines will be available and offered at an additional cost. Your choices may be made prior to your dinner.
A per table deposit of $50 and a guest count is required for your table reservation. Per person charge is $85 per person plus additional purchases and will be taken care of the evening of the event.
Due to the nature of our classes, all payments are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund, exchange, or apply a credit to another class. All payments are final.
