Grab a date and join us as Chef Jason French digs deep into the rich, versatile and delicious world of Duck. You will leave with zero fear about this often marginalized corner of the poultry world.
Students will learn about simple home charcuterie, curing and smoking with confidence as well as glazing, simple custard preparation, vinaigrettes, deboning a whole duck, rendering and more! If you love duck or want to develop your culinary skills and eat some delicious duck dishes, you won’t want to miss this class.
As always, this hands on cooking class culminates in a family style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables.
