It’s party season! Impress your family and friends with a few new, inspired dishes to make dinner parties a blast. We’ll start with our favorite fall appetizer with melty brie and seasonal fruit. Gain peace of mind and clearance of schedule by using a pressure cooker to make soup. For dinner we’ll simmer a luxurious sauce for a roast and make the most perfectly crispy Brussel sprouts. Finally, we’ll improve on gingerbread by flipping in upside down to show everyone the pears nestled underneath!

Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu…harvest brie ~ pressure cooker french onion soup ~ roasted beef tenderloin with fig port sauce ~ roasted brussel sprouts ~ roasted squash and wild mushroom risotto ~ pear gingerbread upside down cake
