Then join us in The Kitchen for a class on the healing benefits of Ayurvedic cooking, balancing your body seasonally through food. The Ayurvedic way of eating has been around for thousands of years. It is believed that food is one of the best ways to balance our energies in order to promote more wellbeing. You’ll learn the principles of Ayurvedic cooking while enjoying a lovely seasonal lunch.
