Get ready to ring in the New Year with a decadent dinner at The Kitchen! What better way to celebrate the holiday season than with bubbles and a full belly? We'll give you our tips and trick for creating a rich, celebratory meal that will blow away your friends and loved ones. Together we'll put a perfectly crispy sear on fresh scallops and simmer short ribs until they're so tender they fall off the bone. Plus, we'll show you how to whip eggs into frothy, fluffy meringue and sabayon for a showstopping dessert.
Class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Additional beer & wine is available to purchase. Non-alcoholic beverages are included.
