Let’s celebrate together the soul warming comfort food of the Irish isle as we brush up our culinary techniques together in The Kitchen.  Learn to transform onions to a golden state of caramelized bliss. Then, let’s deglaze with a creamy stout and then bubble and broil Irish cheddar. And this is just the first course! We will demystify terrible tales of bad lamb and show you the ways of marinating and roasting a succulent leg of lamb to perfection. We will braise, saute and caramelize our way towards new traditions of a St. Patrick’s Day feast.  Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu….Guinness and onion soup with Irish cheddar crouton ~ roasted leg of lamb with rosemary and garlic ~ colcannon, braised Napa cabbage with bacon and mint ~ Bailey’s ice cream sundaes with whiskey caramel, dark chocolate and crushed toffee.
