Foodie’s Night Out: Italian Favorites!

The food of Italy is rich with tradition and enticing ingredients. Let’s see if we can create the Italian menu of our dreams right here at The Kitchen! You’ll learn how making a flavorful sorbet using frozen fruit reminds you of summer during these cold months (and makes a great cocktail!) We’ll teach the basics of braising and turn it into a rich sauce for freshly made pasta. And don’t forget dessert – making Italian donuts from scrach and a delicious ganache!
Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.
On the menu … raspberry black pepper sorbet with prosecco ~ fennel salad with avocado & mint ~ fresh pappardelle with espresso braised beef ~ zeppole (Italian donuts) with nocciola (hazelnut chocolate)
Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner!
