The cuisine of Thailand is rich in its diversity and flavor, yet not rich in fat.  Let’s employ some fundamental techniques used in Thai cooking and some great staples from the Thai pantry to kick our January cooking!   Chef Jessica will teach you the difference between all of the Thai curries, and how to make a fresh curry paste from scratch, work with different types of Asian noodles, and how to create your new favorite marinade for steak, all while learning to balance the salty, sour and sweet that is the Thai food!

We’ll enjoy our meal family style, around our beautiful barn wood tables!

On the menu … drunken noodles ~ lemongrass steak with herb salad ~ yellow chicken & potato curry ~ thai ice tea sorbet
