All payments are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund fees and all payments are final.

Come for 4 days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9 am-12:30pm.

If you’ve got a budding chef in the works, or you just want raise a more competent little human in the kitchen, this is the place for your child for Summer Vacation.  Each day starts with kitchen cleanliness and safety, then transcends into basic knife skills with a focus on efficiency and working smarter through fun and engaging meal preparation. They will spend time outside on the farm, learning the importance of the connection between farm and kitchen, and even get to spend some time with the animals! By the final day, we think your savvy new cook will be begging to show off their improved kitchen skills at home, with a greater respect for where their food comes from.

Monday: Italian Cucina!  Whirl around the globe to Italy!  We’ll learn the basics of perfectly light gnocchi, potato dumplings, and make a summery tomato sauce to smother them. Then we’ll take turns churning our own butter for garlic bread! And, of course, we’ll finish with dessert, cinnamon knots with homemade Nutella!


Tuesday: South American Fiesta!  Fly south for a flavorful fiesta!  We’ll make flaky cheeseburger empanadas, fresh flour tortillas, and sugary churros – all from scratch! We’ll even make a delicious and refreshing agua fresca to sip in the sun.


Wednesday: French Bistro! Visit the land of pastries and baguette with us! We’re making classic French favorites like Quiche Lorraine, full of ham and cheese and surrounded by the perfect flaky crust, and we’ll whisk together a creamy aioli to drag crispy roasted potatoes through. Finally we’ll make éclair dough do double duty by turning it into both cheesy gougeres and ice cream-stuffed profiteroles! Bon appetit!


Thursday: American BBQ! Yeehaw Ya’ll! Summertime is the perfect time for a barbecue, so we’ll learn to make your favorites with all the fixins! We’re grilling hamburgers to fit between fluffy hand-rolled buns. Then we’ll make the cheesiest, meltiest macaroni and cheese and scratch buttermilk ranch dressing for vegetables. And don’t forget dessert! We’re finishing off this week with chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches!!
