If so, then it’s time to come together and spend some time enjoying a night of laughter, cooking and baking together while we learn a few new ideas for this spring season around the table. Afraid of overcooking lamb? Fear not, we will show you how to make the most succulent and juicy grilled lamb chop that can be prepared indoors as well as out. As an accompaniment, we will show you a great idea for those beautiful baby carrots with luscious carrot tops that you’ve been composting each Farmer’s Market season. Next we will bring the best of season together in an amazingly fresh salad, learn the secret of healthful delectably creamy white beans and finish with a mouthwatering lemon and lavender treat for dessert. Yay Spring!
Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.
On the menu …spring radish salad ~ lamb chops with baby carrots and carrot top pesto ~ creamy white bean ragout with roasted cauliflower ~ meyer lemon tart with lavender meringue
