Explore the bounty of the summer gardens through this seemingly exotic cuisine.    Let’s employ some fundamental techniques used in Thai cooking and some great staples from the Thai pantry to kick up our seasonal cooking! You will learn how to master fresh spring rolls, make curry paste from scratch, work with different types of Asian noodles, and how to create Thai style salads for every season, all while learning to balance the salty, sour and sweet that is  Thai food! Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu … summer salad rolls with two dipping sauces ~ pork belly with red curry & green beans ~ green apple salad with peanuts ~ plum sorbet
