As part of a new series here at The Kitchen, join us for our second installment of the 4 part series to up your game in your home kitchen. Happening the 1st & 3rd Thursday in January and February– we hope this series can become a welcome break in your weekly grind!

This is the must attend class for every person who wants to create a great meal, every meal! You’ll learn how to enhance everyday ingredients to create a delicious meal from pantry staples. We’ll practice the basics of the broil, pan-fry, sauté, grill, steam & roast. We’ll teach you why we blanch some vegetables, and what’s best roasted. You’ll learn why we sear some meats, and why we sometimes finish cooking them in the oven. This is the cornerstone class that teaches you truly how to cook. And as usual, we will finish with a delicious family style meal at our beautiful barn wood tables. On the menu … winter green salad with roasted beets and fried goat cheese crouton ~ seared salmon with grilled lemon caper vinaigrette ~ caramelized pineapple with coconut ice cream
