As part of a new series here at The Kitchen, join us for our first installment of the 4 part series to up your game in your home kitchen. Happening the 1st & 3rd Thursday in January and February– we hope this series can become a welcome break in your weekly grind!

Knife skills sound basic, but they are one of the most important skills to elevate your game in the kitchen.  From proper selection, handling & knife safety, to making beautiful garnishes, you’ll learn how to chop, dice, and slice your way to a delicious meal. An introduction and mastery knife skills class, our professional chefs will teach you the proper way to use the kitchen’s most important tool. You’ll gain confidence and speed.  This class is suitable for all skill levels!

Class culminates with a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu… French Onion Soup ~ Celery, Carrot and Apple Salad ~ Chicken Picatta – Apple hand pie

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner!
