Due to the nature of our classes, all payments are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund, exchange, or apply a credit to another class. All payments are final.

So many great things come from a Spanish pantry: saffron, manchego, chorizo, pimenton, anchovy, sherry vinegar…let’s use them all to create a celebration around the traditional Spanish dish, Paella! We’ll use fresh, seasonal Pacific Northwest seafood to make a delectable seafood and chorizo paella. Starting with the technique of the perfect roasted sofrito, to the timing of how you assemble the classic paella, you’ll have the confidence to make an event out of this at home. You’ll also learn other great tapas techniques & sauces to round out the meal.
Class culminates with a delicious meal enjoyed family-style around our beautiful barn wood tables.
On the menu… classic seafood paella with chorizo ~ potato & jamon croquettes ~ charred asparagus with romesco ~ churros with cinnamon chocolate ganache
Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included!
