A diet rich in things from the earth is not just for vegetarians, but many of us are only comfortable with the basics of meat & potato cookery. Join us as we gain inspiration from the first fall vegetable harvest, and learn how to each a rich, filling, satisfying plant based diet. Together we’ll turn brussels sprouts into a salad packed with fall flavors and bound together with a nutty, buttery vinaigrette. We’ll make a rustic free-form galette filled with kale and hearty wild mushrooms. We’ll stir roasted squash and Arborio rice into creamy submission. Finally, we’ll get directionally twisted while making a carmelized apple tart, upside down!

Class culminates in a delicious, family style meal, around our beautiful, barn wood tables.

On the menu are dishes such as… fall squash risotto ~ shaved brussels sprout salad with brown butter vinaigrette ~ kale and wild mushroom galette ~ apple tarte tati

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included!
