A diet rich in things from the earth is not just for vegetarians, but many of us are only comfortable with the basics of meat & potato cookery. During the late summer in Oregon, it’s really easy to be a vegetarian. Our plates are full of the most beautiful bounty. Join us as we gain inspiration from the summer vegetable harvest, and learn how to each a rich, filling, satisfying plant based diet.

Class culminates with a delicious meal enjoyed family-style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu… radicchio and haricots vert salad with candied walnuts ~ heirloom tomato and chevre galette ~ summer squash and caramelized onion gratin ~ orange olive oil torte with grilled stone fruit

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included!
