Due to the nature of our events, classes, and dinners, all payments are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund, exchange, or apply a credit to another offering. All payments are final.

A diet rich in things from the earth is not just for vegetarians, but many of us are only comfortable with the basics of meat & potato cookery.

During the winter in Oregon, it’s easier than you’d think to be a vegetarian. Our plates are full of the most beautiful bounty including bright orange squash, rainbow carrots and nutty cauliflower. And the shining hope of winter tables – citrus! Join us as we gain inspiration from the winter vegetable harvest, and learn how to each a rich, filling, satisfying plant based diet.

Class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables.

ON THE MENU

Gingered squash soup
Spiced cauliflower steaks with red wine braised lentils
Farro and roasted carrots with apricots, pistachios and cashew cream
Blood orange and olive oil upside down cake with coconut crème anglaise

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included!
