Due to the nature of our classes, all payments are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund, exchange, or apply a credit to another class. All payments are final.
Plant Based Summer

It feels like cheating choosing a diet in plant based foods in the summer in the Willamette Valley. There is SO MUCH gorgeous produce to fill our tables. A diet rich in things from the earth is not just for vegetarians, but many of us are only comfortable with the basics of meat & potato cookery. During the summer months in the Oregon, it’s really easy to be a vegetarian. Join us as we gain inspiration from the summer vegetable harvest, and learn how to each a rich, filling, satisfying plant based diet.
Class culminates with a delicious meal enjoyed family-style around our beautiful barn wood tables.
On the menu… cucumber tarragon salad ~ pressure cooker quinoa with grilled summer vegetables ~ ratatouille tian ~ fresh corn polenta with braised greens and roasted tomatoes ~ cherry crumble
Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner. All non-alcoholic beverages are also included!
