Soul warming, intensely flavorful, yet…light? That’s ramen. Come to The Kitchen for Chef Andrea to teach you how to make a delicious stock, savory, braised pork belly, pickled mushrooms and easy and delightfully bouncy noodles from scratch? Come join us as we fill our bowls! We’ll also cover the traditional Cantonese shumai stuffed wild mushrooms. To finish out your dim sum experience: fluffy steam buns. Yum! The evening culminates in a delicious family style meal around our beautiful barn wood tables.
