Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our events, classes, and dinners, all payments are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund, exchange, or apply a credit to another offering. All payments are final.

Bring Spring to your table with easy weeknight meals!

The promise of longer days, the dreams of warm sunshine, and the ever-growing green grass…Spring is upon us in the Northwest. But even if the days seem longer, that doesn’t necessary come with endless new ideas for your weeknight meals!  Come celebrate Spring with some new friends in The Kitchen and let us help inspire your menus! You’ll learn basic cooking techniques including cutting up a whole chicken, making fresh and herby sauces, whisking together a flavorful vinaigrette, and poaching eggs to perfection! Techniques learned with show how to make many meals and variations beyond the menu served.  We will talk about how each item can be used and prepped throughout the week to make planning a breeze! Enjoy a family-style dinner around our barn wood tables at the end of class to celebrate.

On the menu…roasted asparagus with romesco toast and poached egg ~ cast iron roasted chicken with toasted orzo ~ savory dutch baby with smoked salmon ~ caramelized dates with lime & sea salt (trust us!)

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner!
