Due to the nature of our classes, all payments are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund, exchange, or apply a credit to another class. All payments are final.

Summer is here! Join us and prepare a meal celebrating the start of a bountiful harvest season. We’ll spend time at the grill putting perfect crosshatch marks on steaks and fresh summer vegetables. Inside, you’ll learn the proper technique to making creamy risotto loaded with early summer vegetables. We won’t forget to create the dessert that it the perfect taste of Oregon by making flaky biscuits and topping them with early summer strawberries!

Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu…summer greens salad with summer berries~ chevre crouton and lemon vinaigrette~ grilled steak with mustard sauce~ grilled summer vegetables with olive-almond salsa~ asparagus and pea risotto~ strawberry shortcakes

Enjoy a glass of wine upon arrival and another with dinner! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
