Due to the nature of our classes, all payments are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund, exchange, or apply a credit to another class. All payments are final.

The promise of longer days, the dreams of warm sunshine, the ever-growing green grass…spring is upon us in the Northwest so let’s celebrate! You’ll learn basic cooking techniques including roasting vegetables, mixing and rolling fresh pasta, whisking a flavorful vinaigrette, and poaching eggs to perfection! Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

On the menu . . . arugula and asparagus salad with poached egg ~ fresh fettuccine with spring peas and lemon ~ seared scallops with caper pesto ~ rhubarb ricotta fritters with honey lavender gelato
