Come join Chef Quinn and cook, prepare, and learn all of the best flavors of the Pacific Northwest! You will learn how to work with fresh wild mushrooms to tuck in the inside of handmade ravioli. You’ll play with the seasons root vegetables and see whats best roasted, sautéed or pureed.  And let’s take the fear out of working with fresh local fish. You’ll learn a weeknight technique that will make you look like a fish expert. To finish, we will celebrate a staple of the Northwest:  great coffee.  You’ll learn to make a perfectly textured custard that gets finished with a torch!

Class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables.

On the menu… chopped salad with kale, apple & walnuts ~ wild mushroom ravioli ~ brown butter heirloom carrots ~ seared Oregon steelhead ~ coffee caramel creme brulee

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with dinner. All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
