Wine & Food Pairing Cooking Class with Beacon Hill Winery
We are lucky to live in the Willamette Valley where so many things grow so well. Let’s really experience a true sense of place together while we create a meal to perfectly pair with wine from grapes grown right here in our “neighborhood.” If you are new to Beacon Hill wines, you will be delighted to find this gem. We will create a menu to pair with their estate Rose, Riesling and a few Estate Pinot Noirs. Meet the assistant winemaker as she walks you through tasting the wines, as Chefs Andrea and Jessica work with you to learn how to create balanced pairings that bring out the best in both the wine and the food. This will be a fantastic evening celebrating the bounty of our region! Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.
