We are so excited to have you back in our kitchen for a fun and informative demonstration cooking class all about pairing Oregon wines with seasonal food! Chefs Jessica & Kate will walk through a demonstration cooking class featuring a five course seasonal menu where we share the tips and tricks to creating a beautifully paired menu. Jean Householder, a certified sommelier and our newest team member, will educate you on the individual pairings with each course while Chris Mazepink of White Walnut Estate educates you about the winemaking process that goes into the glass. Registration Info The $290 registration includes 2 people and a five-course meal with generous pairings for each course. Additional people may be added to your group for $145 each. Socially distanced seating will be offered for parties of 2 at each of our bistro tables, and 4-8 person groups at each of our two Chef’s tables.
Due to the nature of our classes, all payments are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund, exchange, or apply a credit to another class. All payments are final.
