Due to the nature of our events, classes, and dinners, all payments are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However, we are unable to refund, exchange, or apply a credit to another offering. All payments are final.

Share an evening with your loved one influenced by the light and vibrant flavors of the Northwest summer where we will be dining under the stars in this outdoor inspired class. We'll show you how to put together a romantic meal for one another that can be enjoyed together on the back patio. Outside we'll grill cedar-plank salmon and juicy fruit for dessert. While inside we'll make a summery sauce to coat grilled salmon and whip up fluffy meringues and vibrant gazpacho, only turning the oven on briefly enough to bake a loaf of fresh focaccia. Class culminates in a delicious, family style meal, around our beautiful, barn wood tables. On the menu...Yellow Tomato Gazpacho with Basil Oil and Sourdough Crumbs ~ Cedar-Plank Salmon with Red Pepper, Capers and White Wine ~ Zucchini RIbbons with Lemony Ricotta, Mint and Almonds ~ Green Olive and Rosemary Focaccia ~ Brown Sugar Meringues with Grilled Stone Fruit and Blackberries

Join Chef Shannon as she teaches you some of the basic methods of preserving the harvest! Through three different methods: pickling, fermenting and jam making, you'll gain confidence to put up many different fruits and vegetables from the season. She'll teach you quick pickling for the refrigerator to use up the extras from the garden or the farmer's market. You'll learn tips for jam making, both with and without pectin, and how to do a quick processing in your oven without worrying about the steam that comes with water bath canning. And nature's way of preserving: fermentation. Beets to cabbage, you'll understand the basic principles of fermenting successfully, adding healthy probiotics to your diet and limiting waste in your kitchen! You'll be taking home jars of your creations. A light lunch will be served family style around our beautiful barnwood tables. On the menu....pickles to jams! A welcome mimosa and glass of wine with lunch is included. Additional wine & beer is available for purchase. Non-alcoholic beverages are always included.

Imagine strolling along the sunny Provençal coast, a glass of crisp rosé in hand. If you can't make it all the way to St. Tropez, join us here to recreate that experience. We'll spike mussels with anise-y Pernod and wrap delicate white fish in parchment to create the most aromatic steam. You'll learn to make the most beautiful version of ratatouille, carefully layering vegetables into a dish. Plus we'll defy gravity with tall souffle and light-as-air chocolate mousse. Class culminates in a delicious, family style meal, around our beautiful, barn wood tables. On the menu...Drunken Mussels w/Toasted Baguette ~ White Fish en Papillote with Sauce Gribiche and Tarragon ~ Ratatouille Tian with Caramelized Onion and Basil ~ Herbed Cheese Souffle ~ Mousse au Chocolate

Summer Kids’ Camp, August 22-25th (Monday-Thursday)
Our kids’ camp welcomes ages 7-14 to The Kitchen and farm to get their hands dirty learning how food comes to the table. This year's camp will also have expanded hours - from 9am-3pm for four days (M-Th)!
