Chimichurri Sauce
This is a great sauce to serve with grilled meat!
Number of Servings:
INGREDIENTS
2 large garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1½ cups fresh cilantro
1½ cups fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 each chili pepper, seeded and minced
¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Finely chop garlic and mix with salt.
Finely chop herbs and chili pepper and mix all ingredients (I love a food processor).
Add lime juice and slowly whisk in the olive oil.
Season with more salt and lime juice, as necessary.
