Bagels and Bubbles
We are so excited to make and share bagels with you in this fun baking class! We will discuss the science of working with yeast doughs and the principles of bread baking. Let our chefs guide you through the steps to make delicious chewy bagels including making the dough, boiling them, and then baking them until they are golden brown. We will also teach you the tricks for mixing your own flavored cream cheese schmears, pickled red onions, and all the other toppings for a delicious brunch!
As always , this hands-on baking class culminates in a light family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Adults may enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
