The beauty of soup is that it can be enjoyed for many meals and only gets better as a leftover. You’ll learn techniques for creating wonderfully complex flavors out of simple pantry staples and how to celebrate the beauty of seasonal produce creating a feast of complex international flavors. Regardless of the recipe, you’ll learn the proper techniques for finishing a soup, managing both its texture and its seasoning, while creating great complimentary sides to round out the meal!
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
