We’ll make a twist on classic Bolognese perfect for weeknight meals and a rich filled pasta with the bounty out of our fall garden. Learn the secrets for using a pasta machine (motorized and human-powered) to make dinnertime exciting! Plus we’re making every family’s favorite sauce – alfredo! Transport yourself to Little Italy right here at The Kitchen!
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Adults enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal. All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
