Warm up with a great soup!
Fantastic Fall Soups
The weather is cooling down so it’s time to dust off your soup pot and learn a few new warm, hearty soups and stews. The beauty of a soup, is that it can be enjoyed for many meals and only gets better as a leftover. You’ll learn basic soup concepts to use items you already have in your pantry, gain peace of mind about using a pressure cooker, and learn to enhance & season soups with using “secret” ingredients like summer jam and soy sauce. You’ll even learn to make some fresh stuffed pasta.
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
You Will Learn
-how to season and balance flavors in your soup using various condiments in your kitchen
