If you want to learn the fundamentals of mixing cake batter, proper baking, stacking layers, and the art of addictively delicious, fluffy buttercream, AND….
If you have always wanted to play with piping bags and piping tips and get the answers to the questions about cake decorating that the internet couldn’t help you with, then this is your class!
Not only will this class leave you feeling confident about the cake, but you’ll also put together your very own showstopper through learning a variety of piping and cake decorating techniques.
A welcome beverage is included, as well as another class of wine to be served with a light lunch of soup and salad.
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
