Do you covet those cute, little French macarons that seem to have endless possibilities of colors and flavors? Do you daydream about possible uses for luster dust? Does your mind spin with ideas of how to create these little works of art at home, but are afraid that Mary Barry will scowl in dismay? Well, have no fear! We are here to help.You’ll learn how to make the perfect meringue, a versatile buttercream frosting, and the best use of chocolate ganache. You will be beam with pride over your little masterpieces as you gobble them up with glee!

As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.

You Will Learn

How to make a meringue.
How to make and use Swiss Buttercream Frosting.
How to properly pipe and execute a macaronage.
