Join us and learn why it makes a difference to use cast iron for sauteing, baking and grilling. From brunch entree through dessert, you’ll discover a few new favorite go-to recipes that are simply better out of a hot cast iron pan. Not to mention adorable as well. We’ll give you the tricks to make the perfect baked egg, assemble an updated version of a classic gratin; and build your strength by flipping an upside down cake out of a pan!
