| $100.00With the smell of croissants baking and the addition of butter, butter, and some more butter, The Kitchen will be reminiscent of a Parisian bakery where enjoying a flaky croissant is such a wonderful past time.
If you have ever wanted to learn the art of laminating dough, but have been put off by all of the work that goes into it, don't be. Chef Andrea will show you how croissants are actually easy to prepare with a bit of guidance. You'll see all the steps, and get your hands into the dough cutting, rolling and filling. We’ll round out this croissant rich menu with a lovely soup & salad lunch.
Class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables.
Enjoy a welcome beverage and glass of wine or beer with your meal. All non-alcoholic beverages are also included!
