Foodie’s Night Out: Cast Iron Comforts

Many people have a cast iron pan but aren’t sure how to make the best use of it.  Learn why it makes a difference to use cast iron in certain applications. From entree through dessert, you’ll discover new favorite go-to recipes that are simply better out of a hot cast iron pan.

We’ll give you the tricks to make the crispiest fried chicken, beautifully caramelized vegetables; and make a pan of skillet dinner rolls that will make you weep.

Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.

A welcome cocktail and an additional glass of wine or beer is included in the class.  All non-alcoholic beverages are included.
