Foodie’s Night Out: Indian Flavors

Our love of Indian cuisine knows no bounds. Just like Italy and South America, there are styles of Indian cooking specific to the different regions of the area, and we are choosing some of our favorites to share with you. Toasted spices, savory broth, and crispy baked doughs are all a part of the delicious adventure we will be taking together. So come into the kitchen and be whisked away by what you help us create!

As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.

You Will Learn

  • The basic elements of toasting and using spices common in Indian Cuisine
  • How marinating meat in yogurt can add depth and tenderness
  • To make your favorite Chutneys and Dipping Sauces
