We’ll make a twist on classic Bolognese with hearty short ribs and a rich filled pasta with the bounty out of our winter garden. Learn the secrets for using a hand-cranked pasta machine and and your Kitchenaide attachment! Transport yourself to Italy right here at The Kitchen!
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
