You’ll learn traditional Mexican techniques that are updated for the modern kitchen. From perfectly crisping homemade tortillas (both flour and corn) to grilling shrimp with ease, we’ll share our tips and tricks to up your taco game. Plus, we’ll create options for sides and sauces to round out your taco bar.
You’ll leave our kitchen ready to share these recipes with friends for your own Cinco de Mayo celebrations!
As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
