Plant Based Meals: Vegan Spring

A diet rich in things from the earth is not just for vegetarians, but many of us are only comfortable with the basics of meat and potato cookery.

Join us as we gain inspiration from the spring garden harvest, and learn how to eat a rich, filling, satisfying plant-based diet. Let us teach you how to make chickpea tofu from scratch. We’ll create a rice noodle salad that is full of spring flavors and a dessert that is warm, sweet-tart and filling. And, braving the weather, we’ll get outside and grill earthy beets for a nutrient-rich dinner.

As always, this hands-on cooking class culminates in a family-style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with your meal! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
